Ambassador Botswana and his wife visited Chigasaki Elementary School!

　
　On December 16, 2021, Ambassador Hoziréne Morake and Ambassador Marleboho Morake visited Chigasaki Elementary School to meet elementary school studenｔ (144 third-year students) who painted the picture.

　For the 8th Tsuzuki Botswana Exchange Children's Drawing Exhibition, elementary school studenｔ and others, who have learned about Botswana culture, asked their ambassadors about the goodness of Japan to learn about Japan from overseas.

　The elementary school studenｔ and others listened enthusiastically to the stories of Japanese products being used around the world, the story that Japanese food is delicious, and the story that Botswana does not have a sea and hardly eat seafood. After hearing the story, elementary school studenｔ and others expressed their impressions to the ambassador, saying, "I was glad to realize that the Japanese are gentle," and "I felt that Botswana and Japan are not similar, but each has a wonderful culture."

　Children who learned through video messages from the viewpoint of preventing the spread of COVID-19 at the last International Understanding Class. This was a valuable exchange opportunity to be able to interact directly with the ambassador.
