We carried out people unable to return home countermeasure training!

　On December 8, 2021 (Wednesday), the people unable to return home Countermeasures Training organized by the Tsuzuki Ward   Disaster Countermeasures Liaison Council people unable to return home Task Force was held at Nakagawa Station on Municipal Subways and Tokyo City University Yokohama Campus.

　Participants in the training included Tokyo City University and other 11 temporary accommodation facilities in people unable to return home, as well as City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau, Tokyu Bus, Tsuzuki police department, Tsuzuki fire department and Tsuzuki Ward   government offices.

　The training was conducted on the assumption that an earthquake with the epicenter of the Sagami Trough (maximum seismic intensity of 6 or more in the ward) occurred, railway institutions were shut down, and a large number of people unable to return home occurred around the station. In close cooperation with related organizations, ward office people unable to return home Headquarters and local response teams, the people unable to return home stayed at Nakagawa Station was guided to the Tokyo City University Yokohama Campus, which is a facility in people unable to return home.

　Based on the lessons learned from this training, we will continue to work closely with each facility to accept disaster prevention agencies and strengthen measures against people unable to return home.
