On November 18, 2021, tulip bulbs were planted at the "Egawa Seseragi Green Road" in the southern part of the ward.

Tsuzuki Wastewater Treatment Plant's murmuring green path is a murmuring green path that has been renovated into a waterway for agricultural use.
On both banks of the murmuring flowing through the center of the green road, there are rows of cherry trees and flower beds. The tulip bulbs planted this time are about 14,000 bulbs. The members of the Metropolitan Tae River Waterside Protection Association, which is made up of local people, sorted the bulbs by color, marking the planting place, and prepared. Many people participated in planting, including 5th graders at Miyakoda Elementary School, Lions Clubs, and Yamazaki Breading. Mayor Sato also participated from the ward office and planted it with the children.

Tulips will be in full bloom around early April. Whether you can see cherry blossoms and tulips will depend on the timing of flowering, but please look forward to it.
