On November 18, 2021, tulip bulbs were planted at the "Egawa Seseragi Green Road" in the southern part of the ward.

The Egawa Seseragi Green Road is a murmuring green road that has been renovated into an agricultural waterway, and the water flowing through the murmuring utilizes Tsuzuki Wastewater Treatment Plant's advanced treated water.
There are rows of cherry trees and flower beds on both banks of the murmuring flowing through the center of the green road. The tulip bulbs planted this time are about 14,000 bulbs. The members of the Tae River Waterside Protection Association, which is made up of local people, sorted bulbs by color and marked the place to plant and prepared. Many people, including fifth graders at Tsuda Elementary School, Lions Clubs, and Yamazaki Bread, participated in the planting. Mayor Sato also participated from the ward office and planted with the children. .
