About 2024 food hygiene manager practical training class

Food hygiene managers must attend a practical training course for food hygiene managers at least once a year to acquire new knowledge on food hygiene.
In fiscal 2024, we will hold a food hygiene manager practical training course on the following schedule.

※Notification is required if a new food hygiene manager is newly established or changed. For notification, please refer to the establishment and change of food hygiene manager.

※The capacity for each session is 40 people. If the application has reached the capacity, please take the course at another time.
※If you are unable to attend the course on the above schedule, we are planning to conduct a practical workshop (e-learning type, group training type) by the Yokohama City Food Sanitation Association, so please take one of them. We will inform you after the event is decided.

・Food Sanitation Officer (certificate)
・Writing utensils

※In 2021, the Yokohama City Public Health Center changed its "Food Sanitation Officer Card with a photo of the person's face" to the "Food Sanitation Officer Card without a photo of the person's face". Names vary depending on the time of grant, but both are valid.
