Application for Fugu Business Certification

When conducting business such as cooking, processing, storing, removing internal organs, and selling blowfish, you must obtain certification for blowfish business separately from the business license.
Business operators who conduct blowfish business must have a dedicated blowfish kitchen knife (owner of a blowfish knife license holder in Kanagawa Prefecture).
In addition, if there is a change in the items described in the blowfish business certificate, or if the certificate is lost or damaged, the certificate must be rewritten or reissued.

• Overview and layout of kitchen facilities
• Documents describing the outline of the dedicated waste containers and equipment used
• Documents describing the waste disposal method
