About notification about cleaning place and non-store agency

It is information about various reports such as establishment, change of cleaning place.

Prior consultation and submission of registration form are accepted at each Health Sanitation Division Health and Welfare Center.

Establishment of a new cleaning facility

If you want to open a new cleaning place, you need to submit a notification. When submitting to registration form, please contact Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division in advance.

Notification of establishment of a cleaning place based on the Cleaning Business Law (outside site)

New sales of non-store agency stores

Non-store agency (stores using vehicles that intend to operate to receive and deliver items to be washed without opening a cleaning place)
If you are going to do business, you need to notify us of the start of business.
Pre-consultation and acceptance of registration form are accepted at Health Sanitation Division Health and Welfare Center, where the facility is scheduled to operate.
Please consult with Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division in advance when submitting a notification.

Changes in Notification Items

If there is a change in the notification items, it is necessary to submit a notification of change.
Example: ・New employees and Retirement
  ・Change of name, Address, name of corporation and representative of corporation
  ・Change of facility name
  ・Changes in facilities and equipment
  ※If most of the facilities and equipment are changed, it may be necessary to submit a new establishment notification.
   In case of changes in facilities and equipment, please consult with Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division in the facility area in advance.

Succession of position of establisher

If you have inherited your position as a business operator of a cleaning place or a non-store agency from another business operator, you will need to submit a succession notification procedure.
・Inheritance of the business operator occurs and the heir inherits the business of a cleaning place, etc. ⇒ Inheritance succession notification
・When a business operator (corporation) succeeds a cleaning place, etc. by merger or split ⇒ Notification of merger / split succession
