1 Purpose

　Improve the energy-saving performance of community hall, etc. in the city so that local residents can realize the energy saving effect at the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations Building and apartment houses (hereinafter referred to as "community hall, etc.") and lead to energy saving at home. The aim is to promote housing that contributes to the reduction of health risks and to promote measures against global warming in the private housing market.

2 Subsidiary and upper limit of subsidy

　Subsidiary: Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations building, apartment houses, etc. that fall under any of the following 1 or 2 in
　　　　　　①Installation of products with high thermal insulation performance in openings such as community hall
　　　　　　②Insulation repair work for openings such as community hall
　Subsidized upper limit: 400,000 yen/case

3 Persons eligible for assistance

　Neighborhood Association, Neighborhood Associations, Neighborhood Associations of District Unions that manage the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations Pavilion, or a union that manages the meetinghouses of condominiums

4 Cooperation in dissemination and enlightenment

・ Photographing of indoor and outdoor surface temperature before and after renovation using thermo camera etc.
・ Provided free of charge as a venue and examples of dissemination and enlightenment of the energy-saving promotion project conducted by Yokohama City
・ Publication of renovation contents, photographs and drawings before and after renovation, and various data.
・ Participation in dissemination and awareness-raising activities such as questionnaires

5 Order destinations for the target construction

　If the construction cost (tax included) such as eco-renovation is 1,000,000 yen or more,
　An order to a city company (head office / head office is in Yokohama city) is required.
