2024 Energy-saving housing relocation assistance system
In Yokohama City, by subsidizing some of the costs required for relocation to energy-saving houses with the highest level of insulation performance for child-rearing households, etc., the spread of houses with higher energy-saving performance and distribution of vacant houses We carry out Yokohama-shi energy saving house relocation assistance system for the purpose of connecting to promotion of city transference, domiciliation of child care generation while planning promotion of distribution. Based on the well-received results of the experimental project in fiscal 2023, we will expand the system for full implementation in fiscal 2006.

1 First of all
2 Points for FY2024
- Maximum subsidy is reduced from 1 million yen to 1.5 million yen (can be used together with subsidies from the government etc.)
- When both solar power generation facilities and storage batteries are newly installed, 500,000 yen will be added.
- Increased the number of subsidies from 100 in experimental project to 350.
- Residential companies that make an application must submit a report by the time of the performance report.Yokohama Health and Energy Saving Housing Business Registration and Publication System"Registration" is required. (Applications for FY2024 is scheduled for around July.)

4 Outline of the subsidy system
The contents described below are an overview of the subsidy program.
For detailed supplementary requirements, be sure to check the "Application Guide".
4-1 Subsidized households
Refers to one of the following households at the time of application
- Households with children born on or after April 2, 2006 (including children scheduled to be born)
- Households in which one of the couples is 49 years old or younger as of April 1, 2024
4-2 Main requirements for assistance

7 Other Support
About 7-1 Flat 35 [Regional Collaboration Type]
- By cooperating with Yokohama City and the Japan Housing Finance Agency, when using energy-saving housing relocation assistance and borrowing at [Flat 35] together, meet the prescribed requirements, the borrowing rate will be reduced together with the grant of subsidies You can receive a reduction.
- Please refer to the website of the Japan Housing Finance Agency for details on the Flat 35 and Flat 35 [Regional Collaboration Type], including details on the details of interest rate reduction.
- Application for Flat 35 [Regional Collaboration Type] to Yokohama City is a prerequisite that this subsidy system is used. If you do not decide to issue this subsidy system, you will not be able to use Flat 35 [regional cooperation type] interest rate reduction.

7-2 Regarding reduction measures for property tax and city planning tax
Reduction measures for property tax and city planning tax may be applied to new energy-saving houses and houses that have undergone renovation work.
