・June 18, 2024, Reiwa 6: We start reception of "Yokohama health, energy saving housing company registration, publication system" of 2024 from June 25!

　In Yokohama City, we aim to create a society where “health and energy-saving housing” with the highest level of insulation performance (grades 6 and 7) and airtightness can become commonplace. Therefore, with the aim of creating an environment where citizens can easily select health and energy-saving housing designs and constructors, businesses that have attended workshops on health and energy-saving housing and acquired certain knowledge and skills. We carry out "Yokohama health, energy saving housing company registration, publication system" to register and announce all of you.
Housing companies applying for the "Yokohama City Energy Saving Housing Relocation Assistance System" in 2024 are required to register this system by the time the results report.

　"Design" or "Construction"　　※It is also possible to register in both categories.

■Registration requirements
Registration is a company that meets the following requirements, and the period is "5 years".
　①In the "design" category, it must be an architect office (* 3) that employs an architect (* 1) who has passed the technical examination.
　　In the "construction" category, be a construction contractor (* 4) that employs an architect (* 1) or a building construction management engineer (* 2) who has passed the technical examination.
　②In the design work, an architect who has passed the examination shall be engaged in direct or supervising the design.
　　In the construction work, an architect or a building construction management engineer who has passed the examination shall provide guidance or supervision from the standpoint of directly or supervising the construction.
　③At the time of registration, the architect's office has not been reprimanded or closed, or the construction contractor has not been suspended.
　④Have pledged to comply with the responsibilities of registered businesses, such as performing operations related to health and energy-saving housing conscientiously and honestly.

（※３） Architect Office: An architect's office registered by the prefectural governor prescribed in Article 23-3, Paragraph 1 of the Architect Law
（※４） Construction Contractor: A contractor who has been licensed for the construction business among the construction business licenses prescribed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Construction Business Law

　(１) Conduct health and energy-saving housing operations conscientiously and honestly.
　(２) Actively participate in seminars on health and energy-saving housing, etc., and improve knowledge and skills.
　(３) Cooperate with the city's policies on decarbonization of housing.
　(４) Cooperation with request of investigation that city performs for registration company or report.

[Schedule] Take one of the 1st to 4th terms.
