　Yokohama City aims to create a society where "healthy and energy-saving housing" with the highest levels of insulation performance (grades 6 and 7) and airtightness are commonplace. Therefore, with the aim of creating an environment where citizens can easily select the design and builders of healthy and energy-saving housing, businesses that have attended seminars on health and energy-saving housing and acquired certain knowledge and skills. We carry out "Yokohama health, energy saving house company registration, publication system" to register and announce.

　"Design" or "Construction"　　※It is also possible to register in both categories.

■Registration requirements
Registration is a company that satisfies the following requirements, and the period is "5 years".
　①In the “design” category, it must be an architect office (* 3) that employs an architect (* 1) who has passed the technical examination.
　　In the "construction" category, it must be a construction contractor (* 4) that employs an architect (* 1) or a building construction management engineer (* 2) who has passed the technical examination.
　②In design work, an architect who has passed the on-site inspection must engage in direct or supervise the design.
　　In construction work, an architect or a building construction management engineer who has passed the on-site inspection shall provide guidance or supervision from the standpoint of direct or generalizing the construction.
　③At the time of registration, the architect's office has not been reprimanded or closed, or the suspension of the construction contractor's business.
　④Oath to comply with the responsibilities of registered businesses, such as performing business related to health and energy-saving housing in a conscientious and sincere manner.

（※３） Architect Office: Architect Refers to an architect office that has been registered as a prefectural governor prescribed in Article 23-3, Paragraph 1 of the Architect Law
（※４） Construction Contractor: Refers to a contractor who has been licensed for the construction business among the construction industry license prescribed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Construction Business Law

　(１) Conduct health and energy-saving housing operations in a conscientious and sincere manner.
　(２) Actively participate in seminars on health and energy-saving housing, and improve knowledge and technical skills.
　(３) To cooperate with the city's measures for decarbonization of housing.
　(４) Cooperate with request of investigation or report that city performs for registered company.

[Method] Online format using e-learning
[Schedule] Students must take one of the first to fourth terms
