1 Purpose
In order to realize a decarbonized society, it is important to promote measures such as new construction of high insulation and airtight houses to be constructed in the city and energy-saving renovation of existing houses with a larger stock than newly built houses. I am.
In this project, we aim to spread houses with few indoor temperature differences, which are the basis of "energy saving" and "healthy" homes, and to build and renovate high insulation and high airtight houses with insulation performance grades 6 and 7 such as insulation. We will create a model through assistance and cooperate in acquiring various data for dissemination and enlightenment. At the same time, by subsidizing renovations to improve the energy-saving performance of existing houses, we will guide measures against global warming of existing houses in the private housing market.
By carrying out these assistances, the purpose is to promote initiatives such as improvement of technical skills such as city companies and spread enlightenment to citizens.

3 Number of subsidies
We will recruit the following numbers for each number in the table above as a guide.

4 Cooperation in dissemination and awareness

5 Order destination for the target works
If the construction cost (tax included) for eco-renovation etc. is 1 million yen or more, an order from a city operator (the head office and head office are in Yokohama city) is required.

9 About reduction measures of property tax, city planning tax
Reduction measures for property tax and city planning tax may be applied to houses where energy-saving renovation work has been completed.
