Standard procedures are applied to Yokohama City after receiving a technical examination on the certification criteria in advance by the "examination body".

※Precautions for applying for certification of energy-saving performance improvement plans
- Before starting construction, it is necessary to apply for certification to Yokohama City.
- The examination body should undergo a review of all certification criteria in Article 35, Paragraph 1 of the Act.
- If you do not receive a technical review in advance, or if you wish to apply for confirmation along with the certification, please contact us in advance.

About certification criteria
Please refer to laws and regulations for the certification criteria.
Please bind all copies and one copy to A4 size file and submit.
- Certification Application Form (Form 33) (outside site)
- Power of Attorney (when the applicant delegates the procedure to another person)
- Books specified in the table of Article 23 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Law (PDF: 199KB)
- Other books that the mayor determines as necessary
- A set of attached documents when the technical examination conformity certificate and conformity certificate issued by the examination body are issued

※The seal of Power of Attorney is not required. (Please determine the necessity of seal between delegates and delegates.)
After receiving the counter, please pay the prescribed fee amount using the fee payment machine.
Regarding the changes, the procedure differs depending on whether technical review is required again.
Please confirm the contents in advance with the examination body that has undergone a technical examination when applying for certification.
