Building non-combustible promotion business subsidy <subsidies for demolition and new construction only in the area>

The subsidy system was revised on April 1, 2024. The outline of the amendment is as follows.

• Clarification of assistance targets in urban planning road areas
• Addition of eligible persons
• Change of subsidy calculation method

The requirements for assistance differ for removal and new construction, so please check the following flow to see if it is eligible for assistance.

• Advance consultation is also possible by telephone. Applications can also be made by mail.
• The person in charge is divided by district. Please contact us in advance when you come to the agency by prior consultation or procedure.

It cannot be used in conjunction with other subsidies to which the national subsidy has been allocated.
