Building non-combustible promotion business subsidy <Subsidy for demolition and new construction for area limited>

Auxiliary system was revised on April 1, 2024. The outline of the amendment is as follows.

• Clarification of assistance targets in urban planning road areas
• Addition of assistance recipients
• Changes in subsidy calculation method

In areas where the damage caused by the fire is particularly large (priority measures areas), when removing old buildings (dismant measures areas), etc. (equivalent to fire-resistant performance enhancement) (.
In addition, in the “Priority Measures Areas (non-combustible promotion areas)”, when building buildings are built based on the Ordinance for Promotion of Fire, in principle, all buildings must be semi-fire-resistant buildings or more.

The requirements for assistance are different for each removal and new construction, so please check the following flow to see if you are eligible for assistance.

• Pre-consultation is also possible by phone. Applications can also be made by mail.
• The person in charge is divided by district. Please contact us in advance when you come to the agency for prior consultation or procedure.

• Hours: From 8:45 to 12:00, from 13:00 to 17:15 (consultation and procedures generally take about 1 hour)

It cannot be used in conjunction with other subsidies for which national subsidies are being allocated.
