Q What is the resettlement map (replacement map)?
A Residential land issued to residential land (former residential land) before conducting the land readjustment project is called "replacement", and the land readjustment project is called "replacement".
The drawing of the land as of the date of the public notice of the replacement of land is called the replacement land confirmation map (replacement map). The resettlement map (replacement map) is different from the land area survey map.

Q Is there a building restriction on the land where the land readjustment project was conducted?
A When performing building activities in a district where the land readjustment project is being implemented, obtain permission based on Article 76 of the Land Readjustment Act.

On the other hand, after the land readjustment project is completed, there are no building restrictions under the Land Readjustment Act.
Please check the restrictions under other laws and regulations.
Q Currently, I live in the land readjustment project enforcement area, but I want to rebuild my house.
A It is necessary to obtain permission based on Article 76 of the Land Readjustment Act in advance.

Q I want to move to an area where the land readjustment project is currently underway (I want to buy a reserved land)
