Q What is the replacement land map (replacement map)?

A Residential land issued for residential land (former residential land) before conducting the land readjustment project is called a “replacement lot”, and the land readjustment project

Q Is there a building restriction on land where the land readjustment project was conducted?

A When conducting building activities in a district where the land readjustment project is being implemented, obtain permission based on Article 76 of the Land Readjustment Act.
  You need to get it in advance. Please contact Urban Development Bureau's business promotion department.
  In addition, please confirm land readjustment business under business enforcement now here.
  On the other hand, after the land readjustment project is completed, there are no building restrictions under the Land Readjustment Act.
  Please check the restrictions imposed by other laws and regulations.

Q I currently live in the enforcement area of the land readjustment project, but I want to rebuild my house

A It is necessary to obtain permission based on Article 76 of the Land Readjustment Act in advance.
  Please contact Urban Development Bureau's business promotion department.

Q I want to move to an area where the land readjustment project is currently underway (I want to buy a reserved land).

Q We are considering community development in the area where we live.

A Consultation service differs depending on the method of town development and area.
  At first please talk with ward office Ward Administration Promotion Division (town development charge) of ward or Urban Development Bureau area town development section.
