Funds required for the land readjustment project will be covered by funds sold for the reserved land. In the funding plan, "expenditure" = "income".

| Compensation expenses | Property relocation compensation expenses, interruption compensation expenses, etc. |
| Administrative expenses, etc. | In addition to administrative expenses, interest on loans |
Yokohama City's subsidy system
In Yokohama City, for enforcer of land readjustment project based on the Land Readjustment Act (Law No. 119 of 1954), we assist a part of expense as necessary based on national supplementary guidelines.
Subsidies are provided based on the following guidelines.
