Procedures for construction, etc. in the area of urban development projects

When we are going to build building before decision such as business plans based on Land Readjustment Act or Urban Redevelopment Act in enforcement district of city area development business, "building permission based on Town Planning and Zoning Act Article 53" Must be received. In addition, in the enforcement area of the land readjustment project, from the start of the project to the day when there is a public notice of land replacement, changes in the characteristics of the land that may hinder the enforcement of the land readjustment project, buildings and structures When we are going to perform new construction, remodeling or extension, we must receive "building permission based on Land Readjustment Act Article 76".

■About procedure of building permission based on Town Planning and Zoning Act Article 53 or Land Readjustment Act Article 76

About submission of permission application and return of permission letter of advice (request)

・Please contact us in advance by telephone before applying. Consultation and mailing windows vary depending on the procedure, so please check the window list.
・Procedures pertaining to Article 53 of the City Planning Act and Article 76 of the Land Readjustment Act require cooperation in submitting documents by mail.
・Return of the permission letter after the procedure will be mailed with the letter pack plus (red) for reply submitted at the time of application.

Permit procedure period

21 days after the appropriate document arrives (standard processing period).
However, please note that it may take longer than the standard processing period due to inadequate documents.

・Two copies of the permission application and various attached documents are required, and one copy of the letter pack plus (red) is required.
・The paper size of attached documents should be A3 in principle.
・If the two sides of the elevation and cross section do not fit in A3, please write one side at a time in A3.
