About "building permission based on Town Planning and Zoning Act Article 53" and "building permission based on Land Readjustment Act Article 76"

Submission of permission applications and return of permission notices, etc. (Request)
In order to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection, please cooperate with the submission of documents by mail for procedures pertaining to Article 53 of the City Planning Act and Article 76 of the Land Readjustment Act. Returning a letter of permission, etc. after the procedure will be mailed with the reply letter pack plus enclosed at the time of submission.
In addition, please contact us in advance by telephone before submitting.
Permission Procedure Period
21 days after receipt of the documents (standard processing period)
However, please note that it may take longer than the standard processing period due to inadequate documents.

Building permit based on Article 53 of the City Planning Act
1 Permission Application Form
2 Power of Attorney (if delegated) (*1)
3 Guide map (1/2500 or more that describes the orientation, site location, public facilities around the site, etc.)
4 Layout plan (1/500 or more that describes the location, orientation, site boundary line, relationship between the site and the road)
5 Floor plan (with a scale of 1/200 or more)
6 Elevation (scale of 1/200 or more) Two or more elevations are required.)
7 Cross-section (scale of 1/200 or more) Two or more cross-sections are required. )
8 Each floor of the floor beams (not required for wooden buildings) (*2)
9-axis frame diagram (not required for wooden buildings) (*2)
10 Foundation floor plan (not required for wooden buildings) (*2) (*2)

※1: If delegated, seal is not required. In addition, there is no form in the power of attorney, but please write "all matters about permission application and permission of Article 53 of the City Planning Act" in the power of attorney item.
※2: When attaching a “Certificate of Manufacturer Certificate for Model Members” is attached, “Each floor beam diagram”, and “Basic Bull Map” are not required.

Building permit based on Article 53 of the City Planning Act
In enforcement district of city area development business, when we are going to build building before decision such as business plans based on Land Readjustment Act or city redevelopment law or notification of authorization, based on Town Planning and Zoning Act Article 53 You must get permission from the mayor.

About building permission based on Town Planning and Zoning Act Article 53 in Futatsu Bridge northern district land readjustment project
