(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6 The use, form, structure, site and location of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards set forth in the following paragraphs.
(1) The use of the building shall be as follows. However, registered houses prescribed in the Housing Accommodation Business Act (Act No. 65 of 2017) are prohibited.

C. Medical clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) combined housing, pharmacy combined housing for selling pharmaceuticals
D) Buildings necessary for the public interest, such as Neighborhood Halls, that the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 does not impair the purpose of Article 1.
(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5 meters from the ground surface.
(3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
(4) The site cannot be divided. Provided, however, that this shall not apply when the area of one site is built in a retarding pond with an area of 160 square meters or more.
(5) The ground surface of the site (meaning at the time of the announcement of approval) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages, as well as cuts and embankments for converting retarding ponds into residential land.
(6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when building or part of building in distance less than retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to any of next kakugo.
Oh, total length of center line of outer wall or pillar in place of this is less than 3 meters.
(I) Provide for storage and other similar uses, and the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less and the total floor area is 5 square meters or less.
(7) When installing a fence, hedges, net fences and other similar openness shall be made. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those that partially use concrete blocks, etc., and that the Steering Committee as stipulated in Article 7 recognizes that safety is sufficiently considered.
