  (Standards for Buildings)
  Use, form, site and position of building in Article 5 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
  （１）　The use shall be a detached house (however, if the entrance is 2 or less, if an outer staircase is provided, the structure and position must be approved for the adjacent land) or a clinic combined house (excluding veterinarians).
  （２）　The ground surface of the site (the ground surface at the time of construction of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd.) shall not be changed.
  （３）　The height of the building is based on the regulations of the Enkai Mountain Scenic Area.
  （４）　The retreat distance from the road of the building and the neighboring land is based on the provisions of the Enkaiyama Scenic Area.
  （５）　The occupancy rate and floor area ratio for the site of the building are based on the provisions of the Building Standards Law.
  （６）　The site cannot be subdivided.
