    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, structure, and site of building in Article 5 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building is a single-family house (including a two-family living together house), a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic) combined house or a multi-purpose house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order (hereinafter referred to as “double-use house”). ). In addition, when building a dual-use house in Area B, the provisions of the floor area of the house part prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order shall not apply.
    (2) The height of the building in B area shall be 12 meters from the ground surface and 10 meters or less. In addition, the height of the building in Area A shall be 9 meters from the ground surface and 7.5 meters or less.
    (3) The number of floors shall be 2 or less in Area A except for the basement floor.
    (4) Subdivision of the site shall not be possible.
    (5) The ground surface of the site in Area A shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if any of the following items apply.
    (a) Cuts or embankments for building a garage
    (b) When two or more sites are integrated to make the ground surface uniform (the height of the ground surface shall be less than half the height difference of the conventional ground surface.)
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building in the area or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line and the adjacent boundary line (hereinafter referred to as the retreat distance of the outer wall) shall be 1 meter or more. Provided, however, that this shall not apply when a building or a part of the building at a distance less than the limit of the retreat distance of the outer wall falls under any of the following items.
    (a) The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of this must be 3 meters or less.
    (b) Provided for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves must be 2.3m or less, and the total floor area must be within 5 square meters.
    (7) Fences provided on the road boundary side shall endeavor to be hedges or fences with a structure that can be seen through.
