(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6 The use, structure, form, site, position, and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
1) Uses of buildings that can be built in the agreement area shall be listed in a to b below.
A single-family house. Multi-family living together housing is limited to two-family housing with two or less entrances.
(A) Clinic combined housing (excluding veterinary hospitals combined housing)
2) The building coverage ratio shall be 30% or less and the floor area ratio shall be 60% or less.
3) The height of the building shall not exceed 8.0m from the ground surface at the time of the development of the residential land, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5m.
4) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
5) Sites cannot be divided or integrated.
6) The height of the ground surface of the site (at the time of residential land development development) cannot be changed. However, this does not apply to cuts for building car garages and basements, cuts for entrance approaches, embankments for landscaping that do not affect the average ground surface, and cuts.
7) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1.5 m or more, and the distance to the road boundary line shall be 3.0 m or more.
8) When installing an outer staircase, it shall be with a roof and an outer wall, and shall not hinder a good living environment.
