(Restrictions on Buildings)
Article 7 The use, form and site of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
Buildings in 1 A and B blocks shall be one-family house, and shall be a house dedicated to house or a clinic combined house. However, it is also possible to build a multi-purpose house stipulated in Article 130-3 of the Order within Block B.
2 Buildings in the C block shall be residential-only houses or dual-use houses prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Ordinance in the form of a terrace house with the same number as the number of parcels.
3 The maximum height of the building shall be 10 meters and the height of the eaves shall be 7.0 meters or less.
4 The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
From outer wall of 5 buildings or surface of pillar in place of this, distance to road boundary line and neighboring land boundary line assumes more than 1 meter. Provided, however, Article 135-5 of the Order. ※This does not apply to buildings and parts of buildings that conform to the provisions of the above.
6. Each division within the agreement area shall not be subdivided.
