    (Restrictions on buildings)
    Article 7 Use, form and site of building in agreement area to prescribe in Article 7 preceding article must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
    Buildings in 1 A and B blocks shall be a single-family house or a clinic combined house. However, in Block B, a multi-purpose house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the “Ordinance” can be built.
    2 Buildings in the C block shall be a residential house with the same number of units as the number of parcels as the number of parcels, or a multi-purpose house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the "Ordinance".
    3 The maximum height of 3 buildings shall be 10 meters, and the height of the eaves shall be 7.0 meters or less.
    4 The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    The distance from the outer wall of the 5 building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line and the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1 meter or more. Provided, however, that Article 135-5 of the Order ※This does not apply to buildings that conform to the provisions of the building and parts of buildings.
    6 Each ward division within the agreement area shall not be subdivided.
