  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 Use, form, structure and site of building in agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building shall be listed in 1 to 3 below.
    (1)-(1) Single-family houses (however, multi-family living together houses are limited to two-family houses with two or less entrances)
    (1)-(2) Houses that also serve the purposes listed in (a) to (c) below
    B. Office
    (B) Study private schools, flower arrangement classes, Go classes and other similar facilities
    (C) Ateliers or workshops for producing art or crafts
    (1)-(3) Clinic (excluding animal hospitals) Combined housing
    (2) The height of the eaves of the building shall not exceed 7m from the ground surface.
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement of the building shall be 2 or less.
    (4) Sites cannot be divided or integrated.
    (5) The ground surface of the site (meaning at the time of the announcement of approval) cannot be changed. However, this does not apply to cuts for building car garages and basements, cuts for entrance approaches, cuts for landscaping that do not affect the average ground surface, and embankments.
    (6) Outdoor stairs shall not be provided. However, this does not apply to those that do not impair the good living environment and the privacy of the neighborhood (covered, exterior walls, etc.).
    (7) When installing signboards on the site, the installation location shall be one place on one site, and the height to be installed shall be a plain signboard with a color of 5 m or less from the ground surface and a size of 0.6 m2 or less.
