    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 7 The site, position, use and form of a building in the agreement area specified in Article 6 shall be based on the standards set forth below.
    (1) Sites
    A. Prohibition of the site is prohibited.
    (B) Secondary construction of the site is prohibited. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to construction of carports, stairs at entrances and exits, or horizontal widening of the slope, which the Steering Committee finds that there is no problem.
    (2) Position
    The distance from the outer wall or the pillar surface in place of this to the road boundary shall be 1m or more, and the distance to the adjacent land boundary shall be 0.8m or more. Provided, however, that Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※This does not apply when building a building or a part of a building or an underground garage that conforms to the provisions of
    (3) Applications
    It should be a single-family house. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest or houses where multiple households live together and do not harm the environment as a residential area and approved by the Steering Committee.
    (4) Formation
    The height of the building shall not exceed 9m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5m.
