(Standards for Buildings)
Article 7 The site, location, use and form of buildings in the agreement area specified in Article 6 shall be based on the following standards.
(1) Site
A. The division of the site is prohibited.
(B) Secondary development of the site is prohibited. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the construction of carports, stairs at entrances, etc., or the horizontal widening of the slope, which the Steering Committee has recognized that there is no problem.
(2) Position
The distance from the outer wall or the pillar in place of this to the road boundary shall be 1 m or more, and the distance to the adjacent land boundary shall be 0.8 m or more. However, Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order. ※This does not apply when building a building or a part of a building that conforms to the provisions of the building and an underground garage.
(3) Applications
It must be a single-family house. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest or houses in which multiple households live together that do not harm the environment as residential areas and have been approved by the Steering Committee.
(4) Form
The height of the building shall not exceed 9m from the ground surface and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5m.
