  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Site, position, use and form of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building shall be a single-family house (including two-family living together house) excluding the notified house prescribed in the Housing Accommodation Business Act (Law No. 65 of 2017). Provided, however, that this shall not apply to public facilities, etc., which have been approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 as not contrary to the purpose of Article 1. 。
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10 meters from the ground surface prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order.
    (3) The site cannot be divided.
    (4) The ground of the site on the date of the approval of this agreement shall not be changed its height. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the cut and embankment of the part where the construction of the car garage attached to the house or the facilities and stairs for parking the car, the slope for the wheelchair, etc. are built.
    (5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line and the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of this distance.
    Oh, total length of center line of outer wall or pillar in place of this is less than 3 meters.
    (I) Provide for storage and other similar uses, and the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and the total floor area is within 5 square meters.
    Supplementary Provisions (Exclusion of application)
    (2) In cases where the existing building or the building currently under construction, repair or remodeling on the date on which the approval notice of this agreement was issued does not conform to the provisions of Article 6 or has a part that does not conform to this provision In such cases, the provisions do not apply. Provided, however, that the provisions of this agreement shall apply to the part of the building pertaining to extension, renovation, relocation, large-scale repair or large-scale remodeling after the date of the approval notice of this agreement.
    When we change use of 3 buildings, we apply rule of Article 6 first regardless of rule of the preceding paragraph.
