  • Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Site, position, use and form of building in Article 6 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use of buildings shall be detached houses (including two-family living together houses) excluding notified houses prescribed in the Housing Accommodation Business Act (Act No. 65 of 2017). Provided, however, that this shall not apply to public facilities, etc., which have been approved by the Steering Committee specified in Article 7 as not violating the purpose of Article 1. 。
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10 meters from the ground level prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order.
    (3) The site shall not be split.
    (4) The ground of the site on the date of the public notice of approval of this agreement shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the cutting and embankment of the part that builds the car garage attached to the house or the parking of the car, the slope for wheelchairs, etc.
    (5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line and the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in building or part of building in distance less than limit of this distance.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3 meters or less.
    We offer for i storage or other similar use, height of eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and total of floor area is less than 5 square meters.
    Supplementary Provisions (Exception of Application)
    (2) In cases where the building that exists on the date of the public notice of approval of this agreement or the building currently under construction, repair or remodeling does not conform to the provisions of Article 6 or has a part that does not conform to this provision , The provisions shall not apply. Provided, however, that the provisions of this agreement shall apply to parts of buildings pertaining to extension, renovation, relocation, large-scale repairs, or large-scale remodeling after the date of public notice of approval of this agreement.
    When we change use of 3 buildings, we apply rule of Article 6 first regardless of rule of foregoing paragraph.
