(Use)
In Article 6 agreement area, building to offer for use to raise in next kakugo must not be built. (Structure)
Article 7 The main structural part of the building must be non-combustible materials such as steel frames and reinforced concrete.
(Design)
Article 8 In constructing buildings and constructing major gates and structures, we must give due consideration to the design, colors, materials to be used, etc., and strive to form a landscape suitable for a high-tech park.

Article 9 The open space on the site must be actively planted with trees or turf, etc., install green spaces of 20% or more of the site area, and shall endeavor to manage this well.
