(Use)
In Article 6 agreement area, building to offer for use to raise in next kakugo must not build. Article 7 The main structural parts of the building must be non-combustible materials such as steel frames and reinforced concrete.
(Design)
Article 8 In the construction of buildings and the construction of main gates and structures, it is necessary to give due consideration to designs, colors, materials used, etc., and strive to form a landscape suitable for high-tech parks.

Article 9 The open space on the site must be actively greened by trees or turf, etc., and green spaces of more than 20% of the site area must be installed, and efforts must be made to manage this well.
