    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 9 The use and form of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article shall be specified in the following items.
    (1) Use Of the buildings listed in Paragraph 2 (i) prescribed in Article 48, Paragraph 1 of the Building Standards Act, buildings excluding (3) and (7).
    (2) Form The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 floors or less, and the maximum height of the building shall not exceed 8.2m from the ground surface at the time of buying and selling Toden Fudosan Kanri Co., Ltd.
