(Standards for Buildings)
Use, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if it does not violate the purpose of Article 1 and is approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7. 。
(1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
A single-family house
B. Apartment houses or tenement houses whose number of dwelling units is 2 or less
C) Houses that also serve as offices, stores, and other similar uses, specified in Article 130-3 of the Cabinet Order

(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5 meters from the ground surface.
(3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
(4) The site cannot be divided.
(5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of this distance.
Oh, total length of center line of outer wall or pillar in place of this is less than 3 meters.
(I) Provide for storerooms and other similar uses (excluding car garages), the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and the total floor area must be within 5 square meters.

D. A bay window, veranda or pouch
