Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)

(Standards for Buildings)
Use, site and form of building in Article 6 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
(1) Use of building shall be other than those listed below. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the consent of the neighboring landowners and approved by the Steering Committee in consultation with the Steering Committee prescribed in Article 7.

(2) The site area shall be 100 m2 or more.
(3) The height of the building shall not exceed the maximum height of the building in the highest limit of the height of the building in the Yokohama International Port City Construction Plan Altitude Area. Measures concerning the relaxation of the application of this provision shall apply mutatis mutandis to the provisions of relaxation of restrictions in the highest altitude districts.
(4) The ground surface of the site (the ground where the main building is in contact with the main building, which is at the time of public notice of approval of this agreement) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the consent of the neighboring landowners and approved by the Steering Committee in consultation with the Steering Committee prescribed in Article 7.
