Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)

(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6 Use, site and form of building in agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
(1) The use of the building shall be other than the use listed below. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the consent of the neighboring landowners and in consultation with the Steering Committee prescribed in Article 7, and approved by the Steering Committee.

(2) The site area shall be 100 m2 or more.
(3) The height of the building shall not exceed the maximum height of the building in the Highest Class 1 at the Yokohama International Port Metropolitan Construction Plan. Measures relating to the relaxation of the application of this provision shall apply mutatis mutandis to the provision of relaxation of restrictions in the highest altitude districts.
(4) The ground surface of the site (the ground in contact with the main building and refers to the one at the time of the approval of this agreement) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the consent of the neighboring landowners, consult with the Steering Committee prescribed in Article 7, and have been approved by the Steering Committee.
