    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 Use, form, site and position of building in agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings that do not impair the purpose stipulated in Article 1 and that have been approved by the aesthetics Avenue Hodogaya Building Agreement Steering Committee and Yokohama City after consultation as stipulated in the following Article.
    (1) Use shall be a single-family house (including a two-family living together house) or a clinic (excluding a veterinary clinic).
    (2) The height of the eaves of the building shall not exceed 7.5 meters.
    (3) The minimum area of the site shall be 150 square meters.
    (4) The ground surface of the site (meaning at the time of the announcement of approval) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts for building a car garage or those listed in the separate figure.
    (5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more in District A and 0.5 meters or more in District B. But it is not this limit when part of building or building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to a or i.
    Oh, total length of center line of outer wall or pillar in place of this is less than 3 meters.
    We offer for i storeroom or other similar uses, and height of eaves is less than 2.3 meters, and total floor area is less than 5 square meters.
