Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)

(Standards for buildings, etc.)
Article 6 The use, form, site and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
(1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
Oh, single-family homes
(B) Two-family living together residence where relatives such as parents and children and siblings live together
C. Housing combined with clinics
Oh, it is a multi-purpose house stipulated in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order, which has been approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7
(E) Buildings necessary for the public interest stipulated in Article 130-4 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order, which have been approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7
(2) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7.
(3) The height of the building and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 9m and 6.5m, respectively, from the ground surface specified in the Building Standards Law. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7. In addition, efforts must be made to give due consideration to the sunshine on the neighboring land.
(4) The site cannot be divided. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to any of the following.
(A) When the site area of each site after the division is 165m2 or more
(A) When the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 finds that it does not violate the purpose of Article 1.
(5) The ground surface of the site cannot be changed due to embankment.
(6) It is not possible to install a mount on the retaining wall of the site.
(7) When installing retaining walls, it is necessary to ensure sufficient safety and strive for aesthetics such as greening.
(8) The colors of the roof and outer wall of the building shall be considered in consideration of the surrounding landscape.
