(Standards for Buildings)
Use, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
(1) 　The use of the building shall be a single-family house.
(2) 　The division of the site shall be limited to 2 at the time of the public notice of the building agreement, and shall not be divided into 3 or more.
(3) 　The site area after the division according to the preceding item shall be 100 square meters or more.
(4) 　The distance from the outer wall or the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") It shall be at least 0.5 meters.
On the south side, a distance of 1.0 meters or more shall be set vertically from the site boundary. (See separate figure of the detailed regulations.)
But it is not this limit about thing which part of building or building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to any of the following.
Oh, total length of center line of outer wall or pillar in place of this is less than 3 meters.
(A) For storage and other similar uses (excluding car garages), the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and the total floor area is 5 square meters
