Yokohama Nishitani Residential Area Building Agreement

  • Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
    (Restrictions on buildings)
    Article 8 The site, position, use, form, or building equipment of a building in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article shall be based on the standards specified in the following paragraphs.
    1. Sites
    (b) The site area of the building shall be 150 m2 or more. Provided, however, that the area is less than this at the time of approval of this Agreement shall be the area.
    (b) Site division and secondary development (cut, embankment) shall be prohibited. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts for building a garage attached to the building.
    2. Position
    (b) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line shall be 1m or more. However, Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※This does not apply to buildings that conform to the provisions of the building or part of the building.

    3. Applications
    The building shall be a single-family house exclusively for single-family dwelling, a clinic combined house, or a multi-purpose house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order.
    4. Formation
    (b) The number of floors of the building shall be two or less except for the basement floor.

    5. Building equipment
    Toilets should be flushed, and a septic tank shall be provided in the residential land until it is incorporated into the sewerage treatment area specified by Yokohama City, and wastewater should be discharged to the sewage pipe via this.
    6. Others
    Fences shall be hedges, crimp nets, or other similar openness.
    7. Exemption from application
    Article 8 shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest that has been approved by the Steering Committee and approved by the The Mayor of Yokohama.
