- Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
(Restrictions on Buildings)
Article 8 Sites, locations, uses, forms, or building equipment of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards set forth in the following paragraphs.
1. Site
(b) The site area of the building shall be 150 m2 or more. However, for sites less than this at the time of approval of this Agreement, the area shall be applied.
(b) The division of the site and the secondary development (cut, embankment) shall be prohibited. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the cut for building a garage attached to the building.
2. Position
(b) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary shall be 1m or more. However, Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※It is not this limit about building or part of building which conforms to rule of.

3. Applications
The building shall be a single-family private house, a clinic combined house, or a combined house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order.
4. Form
(b) The number of floors of the building shall be 2 or less except for the basement.

5. Building equipment
The toilet shall be flushed, and a septic tank shall be installed in the residential land until it is transferred to the sewerage treatment area specified by Yokohama City, and drainage shall be discharged to the sewage pipe via this.
6. Others
The fence shall be hedges or crimp nets, and other similar openness.
7. Excluded
The provisions of Article 8 shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest approved by the Steering Committee and approved by the The Mayor of Yokohama.
