Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
Building Standards)
Article 6 The use, form, structure, site and location of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
(1) Use shall be a single-family house, a two-family living together house (including those that can be performed inside the building even if there are multiple entrances), a clinic combined house (excluding veterinary clinics), or a multi-purpose house that runs offices, cafeterias, and study cram schools.
(2) Common-use houses such as stores in accordance with the above (conforming to Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order) and have obtained the approval of more than two-thirds of the partners.
(3) The height of the building must not exceed 10 meters from the ground surface.
(4) The site shall be a plot of the current residential land at the time of the conclusion of this agreement, and shall not be subdivided.
(5) The ground surface of the site (meaning at the time of the announcement of the completion of construction related to development activities) cannot be changed. However, this does not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages.
