Targets of District Planning |
This area is located in the eastern part of Kanagawa Ward, southwest of Oguchi Station on the JR Yokohama Line, and has a shopping street centered on Oguchi-dori Shopping Street. Oguchi-dori Shopping Street is a traditional shopping street that has been formed as a commercial area since the Taisho era, and has developed to date as a shopping street closely related to the area. However, in the future, it is expected that the continuity of the shopping district will be impaired due to the rebuilding of buildings, etc., which is an issue for creating a lively shopping district. The goal of this district plan is to form a lively urban area suitable for a shopping street, and to promote the creation of a town that is loved and loved by local people. |
