Goals of District Planning

This area is located in the northwestern part of Kanagawa Ward, about 0.6 km northeast of Katakuracho Station, and about 0.7 km southwest of Kishine Koen Station, and is adjacent to Kishinekoen, a city planning park. This is a district where the use of residential land and improvement of public facilities are being improved.
The goal of this district plan is to maintain and conservation the effects of the land readjustment project, to create and preserve a good residential environment.

Land Use Policy

Divide districts into two, and induce land use according to each policy.
District A (detached residential area)
The location of low-rise houses mainly consisting of detached houses.
District B (detached houses and apartment)
The location of detached houses and low-rise houses mainly in apartment.

Policy for the development of district facilities

We plan maintenance of block park in district.

Policy of maintenance such as buildings

In order to form a good living environment according to the characteristics of each district, restrictions on the use of buildings, the minimum floor area of the building, restrictions on the position of wall surfaces, restrictions on forms such as buildings or designs, and fences Or determine the restrictions on the structure of fences.
In addition, in the case of apartment houses, etc., a parking lot corresponding to the number of dwelling units will be installed.

Restrictions on the use of buildings Buildings other than the buildings listed below must not be built.
  1. Houses (excluding tenement houses with three or more dwelling units)
  2. Houses that also serve as offices, stores, and other similar uses, those stipulated in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Ordinance (1950 Cabinet Order No. 338)
  3. Schools, libraries and other similar

  5. Police dispatch offices, public telephone offices, and other similar items necessary for the public interest prescribed in Article 135-4 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order
  6. Those attached to the buildings of the preceding items

Minimum floor area of the building The site area of the building shall be 150 m2 or more. The site area of the building shall be 150 m2 or more and the area obtained by multiplying the number of dwelling units by 55 m2.
Provided, however, that this shall not apply to land corresponding to any of the following.
  1. Public toilets, police officers, and other similar buildings necessary for the public interest
