Urban Development Bureau's individual facility plan (conservation renewal plan)

　The Urban Development Bureau's conservation Renewal Plan, which was formulated in 2017, was reviewed at a time when five years have passed since the plan was formulated. Therefore, in addition to examining the renewal method of the conservation, the content was revised from the viewpoint of extending the service life and leveling the cost of renewing the conservation.
　In addition, in the comprehensive management plan for public facilities in Yokohama, which was formulated in December 2022, the conservation Renewal Plan was renamed the Individual Facility Plan.
　This time, "Part 1 Common Items" and "Part 2 Elevators" have been revised. “Part 3 Individual Facilities Other than Elevators” (established in March 2020) is scheduled to be revised in FY2024.
