Urban Development Bureau's Individual Facility Plan (conservation Renewal Plan)
Based on comprehensive management plan such as Yokohama-shi public facilities, we revised "jurisdiction facility conservation update plan" and changed name to "individual facility plan".

Individual Facility Plan (conservation Renewal Plan) (City of Yokohama, Urban Development Bureau January 2023)
The Urban Development Bureau's “conservation Renewal Plan for Facilities under the jurisdiction” formulated in 2017 will be reviewed when five years have passed since the plan was formulated. In addition to examining the conservation renewal method, we reviewed the contents from the perspective of extending the service life and leveling out conservation and renewal costs.
Regarding the name of the plan, the "conservation Renewal Plan" was renamed "Individual Facility Plan" in the comprehensive management plan for Yokohama City Public Facilities formulated in December 2022.
This time, "Part 1 Common Matters" and "Part 2 Elevators" have been revised. “Part 3 Individual Facilities other than elevators” (established in March 2020) is scheduled to be revised in FY2024.
