Overview of Land Readjustment Project
About land readjustment project
In the area around Shin-Tsunashima Station, the Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line opened in the area in March 2023, and effective use of land and good urban area formation in front of the station are desired in line with the opening of the new station.
For this reason, the city planning roads Tokyo Maruko Yokohama Line (commonly known as Tsunashima Kaido) and the Tsunashima Hiyoshi Line, which are important arterial roads around the Area, will be developed, and the city planning road Tsunashima East Line that passes north and south through the district will be newly constructed. Will be maintained.
In this way, we plan maintenance, improvement of public facilities and, by arranging land, form healthy and good urban area suitable for new station square by arranging land, and aim to contribute to local development.

Purpose of Establishment of Council
We install as advisory body of enforcer about Shin-Tsunashima Station area land readjustment project.
The council is composed of members elected by the right holders and members elected from academic experts, and the enforcer has an interest in the right holders of the land in the enforcement area, such as deciding on a replacement plan and designating a temporary replacement lot, reflect your opinion in the decision when taking action.
