About land readjustment project
In the area around Shin-Tsunashima Station, the Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line Shin-Tsunashima Station opened in the area in March 2023, and it is hoped that the effective use of land and the formation of a good urban area in front of the station will be in line with the opening of the new station. .
For this reason, the city planning road Tokyo Maruko Yokohama Line (commonly known as Tsunashima Kaido) and Tsunashima Hiyoshi Line, which are important arterial roads around the Area, will be developed, and the Tsunashimahigashi Line, a city planning road that runs north and south through the area, will be newly developed. Will be maintained.
In this way, we plan maintenance, improvement of public facilities and, by arranging land, aim to form a healthy and good urban area suitable as a new station square, and contribute to local development.

Purpose of establishment of the council
Established as an advisory body for the enforcer regarding the land readjustment project around Shin-Tsunashima Station.
The council is composed of members elected by the right holders and members elected by academic experts, and the enforcer is interested in the right holders of the land in the enforcement area, such as deciding on a resettlement plan and designating a temporary replacement lot. If you take a disposition, reflect your opinion in that decision.
