Regardless of individuals or corporations, those who have newly acquired land designated as "Private Forests subject to Regional Forest Plan *" prescribed by the Forest Law by buying, selling, inheriting, etc. must submit a report regardless of the area . However, those who have submitted a land transaction report based on the National Land Use Planning Act are not eligible.
