Installation of grease strap
Stores that discharge large amounts of oils and fats are required to install grease straps (interceptors). If oils and fats are flowed directly into the sewer pipe, the oil cools and hardens, causing clogging of sewer pipes. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

What is a grease strap?
This is a device that separates and stores oil in wastewater so that it does not flow into drain pipes and sewer pipes. The oil in the drainage flowing into the grease strap rises due to its light specific gravity, and only the drainage with less oil flows to the drain pipe.
