[Effected in December 2020] Guidance accompanying the partial revision of the ordinance on standards, procedures, etc. for designating non-profit corporations that accept donations listed in Article 314-7, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Local Tax Law

On December 25, 2020, the “Ordinance on Standards, Procedures, etc. for Designating Non-Profit Organizations Accepting Donations listed in Article 314-7, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Local Tax Law (2012 Ordinance No. 32) Ordinance that partially revises ”has been promulgated and enforced.

From the ordinance, Article 4, Paragraph 1, Item 2 "Not a non-profit organization that has been certified under Article 44, Paragraph 1 of the Specified Non-Profit Promotion Act." It has been deleted. At the same time, the relevant articles citing the relevant article have been revised.

By revision, we were able to update designation of Motoichi even after becoming authorized NPO corporation. By receiving the designation of Motoichi and updating, we will be able to meet the public interest requirements to become a certified NPO corporation continuously.
