[Effective in December 2020] Information accompanying the partial revision of the ordinance on standards and procedures for designating a non-profit organization that accepts donations listed in Article 314-7, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Local Tax Law

On December 25, 2020, "Ordinance on Standards and Procedures for Designating Non-Profit Organizations that accept Donations listed in Article 314-7, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Local Tax Law (Ordinance No. 32 of 2012) Ordinance to revise a part of "has been promulgated and enforced.

From the ordinance, Article 4, Paragraph 1, Item 2 "Not a non-profit organization that has been certified under Article 44, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Promotion of Specified Non-Profit Activities." Has been deleted. At the same time, the relevant provisions citing such provisions have been revised.

By revision, we became able to update designation of Motoichi even after becoming authorized NPO corporation. By receiving the designation of Motoichi and renewing, you will be able to meet the public interest requirements to become a certified NPO corporation continuously.
