5-(2) Documents pertaining to the designated application

Designated application documents (Form/Format)

The documents required for the designated application are as follows.

  • A corporation under the jurisdiction of Yokohama City does not need to submit it again if the documents 4 to 6 to Yokohama City separately.
  • When confirming that it conforms to each designated standard, you may be required to submit documents other than the following.

The documents required for the designated renewal application are as follows.

  • About documents other than designated update application form, it is not necessary to submit again when there is no change in contents of documents submitted to Yokohama City separately.
  • A corporation under the jurisdiction of Yokohama City does not need to submit it again if the documents 4 to 6 to Yokohama City separately.
  • When confirming that it conforms to each designated standard, you may be required to submit documents other than the following.
