5-(2) Documents pertaining to the designated application

Designated application documents (styles and forms)

The documents required for the designated application are as follows.

  • If a corporation under the jurisdiction of Yokohama City submits documents 4-6 separately to Yokohama City, it is not necessary to submit them again.
  • When confirming that it conforms to each designated standard, you may be required to submit documents other than the following.

  • For documents other than the designated renewal application form, if there is no change in the contents of the documents separately submitted to Yokohama City, there is no need to submit it again.
  • If a corporation under the jurisdiction of Yokohama City submits documents 4-6 separately to Yokohama City, it is not necessary to submit them again.
  • When confirming that it conforms to each designated standard, you may be required to submit documents other than the following.
