5-(2) Documents pertaining to the designated application

Designated application documents (Form/Format)
The documents required for the designated application are as follows.
- A corporation under the jurisdiction of Yokohama City does not need to submit it again if the documents 4 to 6 to Yokohama City separately.
- When confirming that it conforms to each designated standard, you may be required to submit documents other than the following.

Designated renewal application documents (Form/Format)
The documents required for the designated renewal application are as follows.
- About documents other than designated update application form, it is not necessary to submit again when there is no change in contents of documents submitted to Yokohama City separately.
- A corporation under the jurisdiction of Yokohama City does not need to submit it again if the documents 4 to 6 to Yokohama City separately.
- When confirming that it conforms to each designated standard, you may be required to submit documents other than the following.
