As a result of our efforts to review the seal, we will abolish the seal in principle for what the city has determined.
Regarding procedures required for seal and signatures under national laws and regulations, we will respond in accordance with the revision of national laws and regulations.

Date of abolition
Effective March 1, 2021
However, even after the same date, those with seal and those using the old style (except for seal) may be accepted.
