Notice Concerning Revision of seal Signature for Application Forms

We will sequentially abolish seal signatures for applications that have been submitted at the time of window opening or mailing procedures by mail.
Regarding procedures for which seal and signatures are required by national laws and regulations, we will respond to the revision of national laws and regulations.

Applicable procedures, abolition time, and department in charge

Procedures to abolish seal Signatures (PDF: 711KB) (As of October 1, 2023) (6,014 cases) (of which 5,983 were abolished (*))
 ※Percentage of procedures to be abolished: 99%

Procedures that require seal Signature (PDF: 229KB) (As of October 1, 2023: 434)

・The above list of procedures includes the procedures covered by the seal Signature Review in fiscal 2020.
・For the latest status of each procedure, please contact the department in charge of each procedure.
・Please note that the name of the document may differ from the name of the document.

How to fill in the application form

Fill out the application form for which the seal Signature has been abolished only.
・Names include print, rubber stamps and stamps, as well as self-writing.
・Even if there is a "mark" in the form such as the application form, it can be used as it is.
