The insurance card will be renewed from August 1, 2024. The expiration date of your current insurance card (dark color) is July 31, 2024.
We will send you a new insurance card (light blue) by the end of July.
The insurance card you send this time can be used until July 31, 2025 (one year).
※After December 2, paper insurance cards will no longer be issued (including re-issuance due to loss), but unless there is a change in the Address or the burden ratio, your paper insurance card will be on July 31, 2025.
