This time, we are considering conducting a survey to understand the actual situation of childbirth costs in Motoichi and the needs of support from pregnancy to childbirth.

Therefore, in order to refer to the design of the survey, the method of analyzing the results, the necessary estimated amount, etc., a dialogue will be held with the aim of seeking opinions from a professional point of view.

※The implementation of the survey will be finalized after the 2023 budget is approved in City Counsil.

Survey methods for target medical institutions, draft survey forms, survey schedules, analysis methods of survey results, image of survey results report, cost, comparison with survey results survey surveys, etc.

（２） Questionnaire survey on child-rearing households regarding the needs of support from pregnancy to childbirth

Survey items, draft survey form, survey schedule, approach method to the target person, required number of specimens, analysis method of survey results, image of survey results, cost, similar survey implementation examples (scale, content, cost, etc.), measures to improve the response rate, more efficient and effective survey methods, etc.

(1)Participation and handling of contents of dialogue

Participation in dialogue is not subject to evaluation in business recruitment.

The content of the dialogue will be used as a reference in future studies. However, please understand that both remarks are assumed at the time of the dialogue and are not promises at the time of the dialogue.

※This project is subject to suspension condition that the 2023 Yokohama City General Account Budget is voted on by the Yokohama City Council.

The cost of participating in the dialogue will be borne by the participating business operator.
