Overview of the questionnaire
It was conducted in a joint research project with Yokohama City University for the purpose of using it for "research on support projects before becoming a parent".
[Target] Caregivers who undergo a 4-month-old medical examination in Yokohama City
[Method] Self-signed survey by electronic application
[Execution Period] From mid-May to end of July 2014
[Number of valid responses] 518 people
