About subsidy of Yokohama-shi postpartum mother and child care business (visit type mother and child care) expense

From December 2023, we decided to subsidize a part of the user's self-pay for the visit-type postpartum maternal and child care business using the government's assistance.
※The application was completed on March 31, 2024.

Use of postpartum maternal and child care business (visit-type mother and child care) from December 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024
※Postpartum maternal and child care business (short stay day care) is not eligible.
※For usage after April 1, 2024, the usage fee will be 1,500 yen.

Postpartum maternal and child care business (visit-type maternal and child care) 2,500 yen (up to 3 times)
※Cancellation fees are not eligible for the grant.
※Expenses paid as actual expenses other than usage fees are not eligible for the subsidy.

※The application was completed on March 31, 2024.

The application process is as follows.
（１） When using the service, the user pays the co-payment of 4,000 yen to the service provider (operator).
（２） User applies for the furtherance in Yokohama-shi electronic application system (outside site).
　　　・A copy of the receipt at the time of use must be attached to the application.
　　　・If you plan to use it multiple times, please cooperate with the simultaneous application.
　　　・In addition, when we use Yokohama-shi electronic application system, user registration is necessary.
　　　・If you would like to apply on paper, please contact the following inquiries.
　　　※The final application deadline is until March 31, 2024. After March 31, 2024, you will not be able to apply for the grant.
（３） Yokohama City will notify the applicant by mail after confirmation and examination of the contents of the electronic application.
（４） Applicants must fill in required items on the received documents and submit it to Yokohama City by the date specified separately.
（５） After confirmation at Yokohama City, transfer the grant amount to your account.
　　　※After the notification, it will take about one to two months after receiving the documents.

○Grants will be made based on the application, so if you wish to subsidize, please do not forget to apply.
○The grant amount will be determined after examination. If the conditions are not met by the screening, the grant may not be subsidized.
○Regarding the usage status, we may check the usage status with service providers.
○We will not notify you that the documents have arrived, so we recommend that you use simple registered mail or special record mail when mailing.
○The mailing fee will be borne by the user (applicant).
○If it is found that a grant decision has been made by false declaration or other improper means, the grant decision may be canceled and all or part of the subsidy may be requested.
