Pre-recruit support

Meeting before recruitment (around January)

Prior to recruitment, we hold round-table conferences with prospective recruiters and senior faculty members. You will be in the same place of origin, school type, and subject, so you can share your concerns and concerns and consult with senior teachers. (231 participants participated in FY2022)

Pre-employment training (December to March)

Prior to hiring, we have conducted training to prepare for employees to ensure that they are ready to work in front of elementary school student students and what they should do before they arrive.

In-school training

Off-campus training

We aim to improve the qualities and abilities of teaching positions, such as classes and guidance for students in elementary school student. Learning through group discussions, etc., also creates a connection between newcomers is created.

Training for 2nd and 3rd year training

In addition to on-campus class study groups and compulsory group training, students also plan and take training to respond to their own issues that have emerged.

Hama Up (Class Improvement Support Center)

There are people who can rely on at any time. There is a place to rely on.

Hama Up is a facility to improve teaching skills and teacher skills, and is installed at four locations in the city (in the school education office by area). Experienced class improvement support staff (former principal and former vice principal) are stationed and are available for various consultations such as classes and class creation.

Class Making Courses

We offer courses on the theme of class making points and class management, so you can participate in times of interest.
