Teachers' salaries and vacations

All of the following are based on the ordinances as of March 2024. If the ordinance is revised until adoption or after adoption, it will be in accordance with the provisions.

※The monthly salary is the sum of salary, teacher adjustment, special allowance for teachers such as compulsory education, local allowance, and salary adjustment (only for special support schools). In addition, the annual income includes the term-end and diligence allowance, but in the first year of June, the period of employment is calculated in two months. If there is a prior history, etc., it may be added according to certain criteria. The salary model for graduates is calculated based on the case where there is no blank period, such as ronin, recurring years, or unemployed.

Major benefits

  • Housing allowance (employees under 40 who pay rent for housing borrowed to live on their own / monthly: 19,600 yen)
  • Dependency allowance (6,500 to 15,000 yen per month per child, spouse, etc.)
