Q
I want to change (correlate) the content of online application, what should I do?
A

With online application, you cannot change (modify) the application details. Please contact your ward office Children and Families Support Division.

Q
I applied online, but I would like to submit additional documents. What should I do?
A

Additional documents cannot be submitted from the online application (minor portal). Please submit from the electronic application notification system of Yokohama City.

  • Please convert the submitted documents into data and upload it.
  • If you have not applied online, please submit it to your ward office Children and Families Support Division.
  • You need to enter the number below the barcode printed on the "Status registration form" mailed. When submitting additional documents, please prepare "Status registration form" at hand.
  • Please attach data showing the entire document clearly. The contents of the submitted data will be checked visually. If a part of the form is missing or the characters are unclear, the correct examination may not be possible and benefits may not be certified.

I applied online, but I did not receive an e-mail for receiving the application.

An e-mail ([Minor Portal Perfect Service] Electronic Application Reception) will be automatically sent to the e-mail address registered at the time of online application, but if you have set the domain designation reception, "@mail.oss.myna.go.jp", you may not receive the email.
In that case, please check the copy of the data downloaded at the time of online application. Application data has arrived at Yokohama City on the date and time of the printed application.

I want to check the contents of the online application and the date and time of submission. What should I do?

You can check the sent contents from the copy of the data downloaded when applying online. The date and time of transmission is printed on the top right of the data.

I was unable to apply online by the deadline. What should I do?
A

If you do not submit an online application or required documents within the application period, you may not be able to qualify for benefits. Please refer to "Dial for exclusive use of Yokohama-shi child, child care system".
