About setting of cooperation facility of local model childcare business

The community-based childcare business is intended for children aged 0 to 2 years and has a capacity of 19 or less than a licensed nursery school, etc., so after 3 years old (1st and No. 2 certification) Securing a destination "is required.
Therefore, each facility of local childcare business sets cooperation with one or more of authorized child institution, kindergarten, authorized nursery school as "advance destination after graduation".

We publish template of "memorandum" to conclude in cooperation source (local type childcare business) and cooperation destination (authorized nursery school, authorized child institution, kindergarten) as follows. Please refer to the "Precautions for Creating a Memorandum" and make sure that appropriate content is determined.

After making the memorandum, the regional childcare establishment should submit a copy of the memorandum to each ward Children and Families Support Division immediately.
In addition, when you change cooperation contents after the conclusion, please submit "copy of memorandum" which changed contents to each ward Children and Families Support Division.
